The city of Velo used to be a flourishing haven, but as modernity took over it became a large polluted city. During this change, an underground group came together and started to build a racing community, in which citizens if the effort was put in, could find and join as a form of escapism. Victor was one of the first to be in this community, a professional racer to say the least– Meanwhile, Jill joined years later, an amateur at best. As soon as Jill met Victor only jealousy invaded her mind, in this fit of rage she would end up challenging Victor to a race, only to get what she deserved in the end.
